Ordered online then got a call saying they could not transfer the tyres but offered a replacement with only a slight increase. Arrived for appointment friendly staff got on with the job in a nice timely manner.

I was staying for a few days in Gateshead and went to the Great Yorkshire Show (GYS) in 12 July 2022. The previous few days my tyre pressure warning came on again despite inflating all my tyres before leaving my Wirral home 2 days ago.
I decided to check all my tyres just before leaving the Showground - and one had only 3PSI pressure. I inflated the tyre (thank goodness for my tyre inflator) then Googled "Tyre repairs in Harrogate" and found "Just Tyres"- and they were open until 6pm. It was 5.15pm. I spoke to Anthony who said he would see what he could do - but of course there were road closures due to the GYS, so it took much longer to get to him. I kept him updated on traffic problems etc and Anthony agreed to wait a few minutes for me. I arrived at Just Tyres a few minutes after 6pm. Out of the car I noticed a screw in the tyre. After checking it Anthony reassured me that the tyre was repairable, so he did the job for me as I looked on, working half an hour over his finish time. I am so grateful to him for coming to my rescue as I had to drive back to Gateshead to continue with my holiday. I can't thank Anthony enough. He really did go the extra mile. I definitely recommend Just Tyres for great service, friendliness and professionalism.

Really good price on tyres, but also the two guys that were working that day ate a credit to the company and answered any questions I had. I'm back next week as other car needs two new fronts, probably wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I was proactively called to say my tyres had arrived a day early than expected and if I wanted them fitting sooner.

This was absolutely brilliant news to me as I was having them fitted at the back end of the week and was having to change a number of appointments to accommodate the fitting. Having them today just saved all that hassle and I am so grateful for the thoughtfulness.

Booked in on line which was very easy and the crew at lewes were very efficient

The guys at the Huntingdon branch were great. I was seen in time, they checked my tyre and instantly found a nail which was causing the slow flat. My tyre was replaced and brakes/other tyres checked within 15 mins.

I arrived without my wheel nuts the guys accommodated a later time in the day so that I could locate my wheel nuts. I was very happy with the service I was given

would have given 5 stars but black tyre selant left on wheels i would have thought they should have cleaned it off but i suppose no one cares anymore
